What we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
When you send a request or message us, we collect the name, phone number, email address and destination country you give us, together with what you tell us about the vehicle you want. We do not collect anything else, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, to quote for a vehicle, and to arrange a shipment if you go ahead. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who we share it with
We share what is necessary with the parties who move your vehicle: the shipping line, the customs broker you nominate, and the Korean authorities who issue the export certificate. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a shipment are deleted after twelve months. Shipment records are kept for the period Korean export and tax law requires.
Your choices
Write to us at the email address on the contact page to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within thirty days.
